"Walking distance to the train station. Great restaurants are just 15 min walk. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, worth adding it as an extra. Our room was next to a building that was in the midst of renovation so a bit noisy early morning. "

"Staff is very unhelpful. The room smelled like actual poop, we think it was the carpet. The hotel itself is very weirdly designed, with stairs and elevators that go to half floors and parts of the building that don’t seem to connect. Honestly would not recommend this hotel. "

"The young lady at the front desk was unprofessional. We arrived early at 8am and she dismissed us by saying our room would not be ready until 4pm. What she should have said was, "Welcome to our hotel. We have a comfortable lounge for your use and we will call you in a few hours when your room becomes available." Some training in customer service is definitely needed."

"Very noisy and wifi did no work. I paid almost double for the larger rooms which were for 4 people each even though we we were only 3 in each room. They told me the kids were not included and that I had to pay extra for them even though I had already paid extra for the larger rooms. I disagreed but they charged my card an extra $400 ($200 each room) anyways. I am going to report them to the better business bureau file a claim with visa."

"We arrived early in the morning and were given the optionfor an early check-in rather than wait for an upgrade. We went for the early check-in and the room met all of our needs. So happy to be able to unpack and chill for a bit. We were close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. "

"Ideal location, comfortable room. Shower was nice, but water gets on the floor in the bathroom (it gets super steamy). Great staff. They have outlet converters you can borrow. There are stairs to enter through the front, no stairs if you go around the corner to the back entrance "

"It’s modern and equipped with everything. The comfort was paramount. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I would strongly recommend it. Also close proximity to shopping and dining "
