"I recently stayed at this hotel in Zurich and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic—it is incredibly convenient and close to everything, including the bus station, local restaurants, and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the entire staff was wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. However, I noticed two main issues that the hotel should address: 1. Bathroom Amenities: The shower gel is still supplied in tiny, single-use plastic bottles instead of the modern large wall pumps found in most hotels today. These little bottles make it difficult to get enough product, require housekeeping to restock them every single day, and create unnecessary plastic waste when trying to keep things clean and eco-friendly. Switching to refillable pumps would be a huge improvement. 2. Wi-Fi Issues: The internet completely failed during my last three days at the hotel. What made it frustrating was that the management and front desk staff had no idea why it happened or when it would be fixed. Reliable internet is essential, and the staff should be kept informed so they can update guests properly. Despite these minor setbacks, the great location and wonderful team still make this a highly recommendable place to stay in Zurich. I hope management takes this constructive feedback to heart!"

"What a find! A great hotel just opposite the main train station- convenient for getting to / from the airport, using tramlines - and visiting the Lindt Chocolate experience. Our room was ready before official check-in time - and check in was seamless. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - especially Shannon. Room was very modern and spacious and we were lucky to be situated just opposite a kitchenette where tea and coffee were available all day. The hotel also has its own cinema - movies in English every evening. We ate in the restaurant that night - food and staff were amazing as was the service in the bar ! Hotel is within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and the old town. Highly recommended - couldn't fault anything. Would gladly stay there again."

"The location is excellent except the street the hotel is on is undergoing construction work underground and is all torn up. It can be noisy Monday thru Friday. It’s easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Zurich. The rooms are very basic , not fancy. Not many power outlets. Only one pillow per person and one towel Beds are ok. Staff is excellent and eager to help in any way. Vegetarian breakfast is okay. Coffee and tea are available free all day Elevator is tiny which is the case all over Switzerland I have found. I would gladly stay here again."
