"We had such a lovely little break :) such a quiet and relaxing area so if that’s what you’re after here is definitely the place! Had everything we needed at the cottage... and the hot tub was amazing. Amazing local pub in Kington The Swan hotel we had a beautiful Sunday dinner and a steak night also… lovely walks for the doggies too , will definitely be back!"

"Just come back from a lovely 4 night break with our teenage daughters and dog. Views were to die for, hot tub a much welcomed addition and lodge was very comfortable. All slept well and relaxed, so much so we have booked again for the Spring in one of the other lodges.The ‘hike’ up to the lodge is well worth it, but can be a little slippery under foot- holding the hand rail is a must! Sheep are very friendly- they even came into the garden after they opened the gate! All in all, can’t fault the lodge or location and excellent communication from owners. One flaw was the heated towel rail wasn’t working, but towels dried quickly enough on the balcony. Owner is now aware."

"Truly excellent, warm and welcoming on every level. Great facility's wonderful views. Handy local amenities' at Kington and not far too Hereford for Museums', Art and History and many beautiful rivers. The property itself is charming and extremely comfortable. All in all a great property to enjoy this part of the English/Welsh border."

"Amazing location! We had a great week.Great places to visit within an hour drive in all directions. The Elan Valley is a must!Beds were super comfy, and as it was located in such a quiet spot, it was perfect for a well deserved rest.Was just right for two adults, and two small children. You may find the accommodation too small for older children/four adults.Small issue with the shower!! My son couldn't reach to turn it on and off. But we made do.Owners were very friendly, and suggested great places in the area.Thank you very much for a great stay."
