"The room was sparse and small but it was blissfully quiet. The most quiet place I have ever slept in fact. Staff were friendly and the breakfast is a nice spread. It’s an easy walk from the Schönbrunn U4 station. "

On the positive side: the breakfast is amazing, the location is excellent and close to the train, and cafe is delicious."
