She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. "Friendly staff with good service. Lavish breakfast. Room was nice. Location is at a peaceful area and walkable distance to Schonbrunn palace. Other City attractions are away from this location. Taxis are a bit pricy but Uber and City transit are the best options. "
