Staff was excellent, especially young lady with braces! Room was great - very clean and we had an amazing view from up on the 10th floor. Love the location, 10 steps from the tram. My only complaint - and it’s with H2 across the board - is that the shower has clear glass doors and there’s a mirror ...

Excellent breakfast, clean room and washroom. All amenities close by. But housekeeping should refill the tea and coffee.
