On the ground floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In one bedroom there are two single box spring beds. The other bedroom has two single box spring beds with a soft topper. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. One of the bathrooms has a shower cubicle and washbasin. The other bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The living room is located on the first floor and is furnished with a seating area, television, CD and DVD player and a radio. The bungalow has an open kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen appliances include a fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
