"Very friendly woman at the front desk. Swift check in and catered to my requests for a city view. Room was clean and spacious. Quirky designs made the place very charming. Strangely the closet didn't have a door but that didn't bother me too much. TV had a good range of channels. Only things that brought it down was no hair dryer in the room and the bathroom is pretty cramped. You have to almost squeeze yourself against the shower door to close the bathroom door and if you don't you can't access the sink or mirror behind it. Price was very reasonable (£60/night) and location was excellent. A five minute walk from Piccadilly station and 15 from Victoria, plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. I was staying here for a concert at the AO Arena and couldn't really fault the place. Also enjoyed the selection of drinks and snacks to buy next to the front desk, very handy. Would return again. "
