"The check-in lady wasn’t really welcoming but we all have those moments. The restaurant was a different story. Food arrived 40 min after being ordered, after we had to enquire about it and was cold. They had mixed up the order… not recommended."

"Just stayed for one night as a couple. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Food in the bar was excellent. Room was very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Excellent location for walking to G-Live or the main shopping area in Guildford. Would stay again."

"We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!"
