The mattress was heavily mouldy and in a very poor condition. The air in the room was terrible, with a strong and unpleasant smell. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and not polite at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

Everything about this hotel was top-of-the-line! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful drinks and food were great and the location was the best part— we were able to get in and out of London, so easily on the train. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future.
