Conveniently situated just minutes from the M5, it is an ideal touring base from which to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and its famous attractions.

The lovely beach of Burnham is just a short drive away and the coastal resorts of Burnham-on-Sea, Bream and Weston-super-Mare are within a 10-minute drive. Wells, with its famous cathedral and Glastonbury with its Tor and abbey are close by, and a visit to Cheddar Gorge and Caves is a must. The vibrant and bustling cities of Bristol and Bath are only a 30-minute drive away and offer a plethora of sights, attractions and some great shopping. Beach 2¾ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Cannot fault, the lodge is very clean and so well equipped.

Cannot fault, the lodge is very clean and so well equipped. The thought that has gone into looking after the guests is outstanding. So many treats, all tastes catered for, we didnâ€™t find the ice creams in the freezer box until our final check!!! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very easy to get to many places from this location . Wonderful hosts.

The Lodge is an ideal base for visiting popular Somerset hot spots. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equiped. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome tray! It was so nice not to be on top of other holiday makers and so proved it to be a relaxing vacation.
