"The property of very under lit on the outside, so that made me nervous on arrival. Then when we got indoors the stairwell was very worn down and smelled dingy. Our room was dirty, food or miscellaneous on light switch. Thank goodness I travel with Clorox wipes. Elevators, hallways all show signs of age and not up kept. In the morning I went to shower and there was only one setting, scaldingI tried turning it down to cold and it was still scalding. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel. Gross!"

"I stayed two nights and the first night I went out to smoke snd stepped in a pile of human feces. I reported it and nothing was done to resolve the issue until the next shift members came in and stated cleaning the property.. it was directly outside the entrance in the back by the pool area. "

"Host was easy to communicate with. The house is located in a great and easy to access area, with off-street parking. It felt very safe. There have clearly been some recent renovations and upgrades. But the house does not quite feel homey yet. There is not enough furniture in the LR for everyone to watch TV at once. Still, an easy base for accessing all things Rochester has to offer."
