"This was my 4th time staying at Freehand DTLA and I keep coming back for a reason. The location is unbeatable — walking distance to a bar, a grocery store, and CVS, which makes everything so convenient. The staff is amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which truly makes the stay even better. The rooms are consistently clean, and the shower water pressure is honestly incredible (such an underrated detail!). The only thing I’d love to see improved are the TVs. They don’t currently offer streaming or mirroring capabilities, so upgrading those would really elevate the in-room experience. Overall, I really enjoy staying here and will definitely be back."

"Very clean and very secure, will stay again, it’s really a hotel rather than a motel. Need card key to get to your specific floor which is great. Parking also needs key card to get in/out which is good because Inglewood can be dicey at night. Stayed here after attending a concert at Kia Forum very close/ very easy to get to. Used it as a base to get ready too. Good base for attending concerts, sporting events, and if need to be close to LAX. "

"Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and had been updated. However, there was no hair dryer in the room and that was a inconvenience for my wife."
