"Upon front check in desk, was served by the lady staff( long dark hair )who sits right the end of checking counter. Check in was ok , but not feeling welcoming, no greeting but personally think she is judging by appearance which is very disappointing with this hotel staff. However, upon checking out was served by a very friendly man staff with big smile and polite and helping us to validate the car registration for the car park. Room is spaces ,good size swimming pool jacuzzi , with steam and sauna room, changing room with locker storage and shower. Good location and highly recommended if staying for events or short break!"

"Pros: Great breakfast, helpful staff, convenient location to Paddington station Cons: Room was very hot and AC/fan did not work. The fix was a tower fan which was nice gesture, but ineffective and still left us uncomfortable at night. The pool and spa was nice, but at capacity at times, so we could not enjoy it."

"We should’ve had a deluxe king room Instead it had two singles pushed together!!! Didn had time to speak to reception as we were arriving then having to leave to get into London Otherwise good hotel"

"Great location. Hotel is very dated, needs more plug sockets if nothing else but like going back in time. Very clean. Service not great in any part though."

"The room was very clean and the breakfast that was included in the room was very nice. Most restaurants finish breakfast early but here it was till 10:30 which was nice for late sleepers like me. The staff was very helpful and guided us about anything we needed. Overall good experience."

"Easy to find hotel, close to amenities/trains/shops. Great size room for my solo stay, room was nice and clean, bed was quite rigid and uncomfortable but no other complaints at all. Very good budget stay."

"Breakfast was delightful. Staff very attentive. Only issue was when we came back to the hotel in the evening we wanted a Hot Chocolate. Only one member of staff and very busy. After a long wait we went off to our room without a drink.. "

"The AC was only able to get as low as 18 and the room was already quite warm and the window doesn't open so it wasn't a particularly comfortable sleep in terms of room temperature, I imagine in the summer it would be very difficult to sleep. It's a lovely modern and otherwise very comfortable hotel. Staff are wonderful too "

"The room was ok, but the bedding for the kids was organised on the floor. Air ventilation was v dusty, so anyone who stayed in the room had to inhale stale air. Spores/mould were significantly bad in the bathroom. People shower for cleanliness or to get infected with germs/bacteria? The outer and sitting area were nice."
