"The staff was extremely helpful, this is the first time using a hostile when we booked we thought it was a hotel. Regardless, it’s great for the young people traveling and backpacking. We are not close to that age but was very happy to see there are secure places for the young people to stay. The staff really makes the stay - Matthias does an awesome job. All are very good but he really loves his job "
