This was the perfect location if you want to be close to Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is only a few minutes walk away. There are a lot of food options within 5 to 10 minutes including restaurants at the Victoria tube station. We needed 1 room with 2 single beds. This hotel was the perfect location and great value for money.

The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area.

Breakfast selection was good variety but wasn't tasty - egg, sausage, bacon. Also, bacon was too dry and burnt. There was some mould above the shower. Good location - walking distance to tube and Westfield. Good size rooms. Lovely but dated Hotel - stayed here last in 2003!
