"I enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms were spacious, the shower was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. We did get a voucher for 20% off for a meal but it did not cover all of the restaurants on site and we chose a restaurant where we could not use the voucher. Super convenient to be right at the airport terminal overnight prior to an early morning flight. "

"Richmond Hill is my little oasis - it is far enough from east London that I feel I'm really away but easy enough to get to with a direct train and then either a 20 min walk (it is up hill!) or 7 min taxi journey. Either way it is always my first port of call when I need a little rest and relaxation - the drinks at the bar were so good (Mai Tai) is my drink of choice and it didn't disappoint the Sunday lunch (beef) was lovely and the cream tea and the steak on ciabatta - yes I indulged for my birthday weekend and it was so worth it. Thanks to you all and see you again soon!"

"5 star experience. Booked this accommodation due to the washer and dryer facilities. Disappointed both these were no longer available. Saying that I found our a few days before do I could plan ahead. Still gave top marks as rooms spacious and very clean. Free Breakfast amazing and dinner really good. shuttle bus reliable and convenient. Couple Australia . "

"Thad a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near Three Bridges Station and just a short distance from LGW Airport, yet the area is pleasantly quiet. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Inside the hotel, the restaurants were well-equipped and offered a good variety of options. The room itself was amazing-spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. While it's not close to Central London, the location is perfect if you're looking for easy airport access and a peaceful environment. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. "
