"I booked this property through Expedia and, while the listing appeared promising, my experience quickly went downhill. Communication was poor from the start, as I had to chase for basic details about accessing the property. The listing stated that parking was available, but on arrival I was informed this was incorrect. "The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."
