"This is a small hotel that has been updated and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to have breakfast here. The doors are locked at 10:00 PM, so I felt very safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only caution is there is no air conditioning, which I had not noticed when I booked. " Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car. "
