"We really enjoyed our stay at the Stables. It was very tranquil. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The property was clean and comfortable. Two highlights to mention. The laundry facilities were excellent. There is also a very pleasant walking path from the Stables to Shere that takes about 1 hour. For those not used to driving on narrow English roads, be sure to come in from the north through the village of Farley Green. "

"Our stay at the property was genuinely delightful. Everything was exactly as advertised, and we felt as though we had found a little slice of paradise. Each morning, we woke up early to the calming sight of horses grazing in the nearby fields and cows lazily roaming about—what a wonderful way to start the day! The convenience of being able to walk directly from the property into the scenic surroundings was a huge plus and allowed us to really immerse ourselves in nature.The owners, the Metson family, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with a lovely welcome basket filled with fresh milk and an assortment of delicious baked goods that truly made us feel at home. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality added a personal touch to our experience that we greatly appreciated.Without a doubt, we will return to this charming getaway in the future, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat."
