"Great communication with the owner! This was our first time in Roatan. This was a perfect location to stay on the Island for getting around. Bungalow was within a 100' from the beach! Directions from the airport were spot on. I would definitely stay here again if and when we go back. I want thank Conrad for everything! The host Venessa reached out to us a couple times asking if we needed anything, which is very thoughtful!"

"Place is as in pics. Our unit was close to road Loud & dusty. Beach was a bust. Did not want to sit on a dock!. Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. When we got a car we spent or time elsewhere.No fault of Sundancer but reviews should have mentioned the amount of road work! "This was a primo spot for us but might not be for everyone. To me, the only reason to go to Roatan is if you are a hard core diver or snorkeler. We loved this location because we could swim 250yards out to the reef every day and it was awesome. Crossing an active boat channel means being heads up, not for novices."

"The room was dated. For the price I expected more. The pools were clean. Mario was very attentive to my family’s needs. I had a problem with the lighting outside of my room and once I brought it to his attention he had the problem fixed immediately. I think that lighting issue should have been addressed before I checked into my room. "
