Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. "The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."
