"Simple room with comfortable bed, no air conditioning but our nights cooled down. The rooms are above a pub that often stayed busy till @ 11pm. For us, the noise never bothered us. Wasn't too fond of the smokers, but we delt with it. It was wonderful to have a pub below, we could wander down in the evening for a nightcap, play some cards, or grab a dessert. The town was lovely to take an evening walk in. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed them all. We really enjoyed our stay here, it felt as though we truly immersed ourselves in a quaint Cotswold village. Thank You all."

"A beautiful pub with stacks of character!! Cosy and inviting. Food was excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Locals also welcoming. The area is so picturesque it was a real treat. Would definitely return and planning to try out Sunday lunch sometime in winter to take advantage of the open fireplace. Miniscule gripe was it would be nice to have some nicer bread at breakfast rather than bog standard e.g. sourdough. But that is not a show stopper!! Definitely recommend, but be aware the staircases in the property are tight wooden spiral and may be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. Parking no issue, we dumped the car in front of the pub along with other on street parking."

"Had a nice stay at the Pear Tree Inn in August. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was nice. We stayed in a family room which slept 4, one king size bed and 2 singles. Very comfy beds. We watched the eclipse from the brewery also which is a great place just up the road!"

"Remote village location, although an Aldi is a short drive.,Modern, compact studio apartment. Very clean. Attentive host Li. Convenient on street parking. Adequate facilities for a short stay. The lack of a TV was something I hadn’t understood but this would not have stopped me booking. Comfortable bed."

"Fantastic holiday home. Beautiful house in a lovely little village. Really well positioned for all the local tourist spots including Clarksons farm. Family of four and we stayed for three nights. Certainly big enough for us. Really clean and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future."

"A five star host to match a five star property. The house was beautiful, combining Cotswolds charm with contemporary living. The house was well proportioned so it felt spacious even with a big group. The outdoor space was perfect for entertaining. Our host was really flexible and made sure we had a trip to remember. I highly recommend this gem."

"My wife and I have been back to Heath Farm Cottages on and off for the last 19 years! The location is idyllic and tranquil, the front of the property is a perfect sun trap, with the sound of the waterfall very relaxing. The rear of the property has its own exclusive hot tub/bbq area with a beautiful balcony and a breathtaking view of the fields, woodlands and the lake. There is a genuine sense of peace and relaxation about the entire place. We look forward to coming back many times in the future, as there is so much to do and so many places to visit nearby. Thank you so much to the Barbour family for always making us feel special. We can thoroughly recommend the Thai massage that is offered. It’s wonderful. Stephen and Karen. Xxx"

"One of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed. I've done glamping before but not in a bell tent and it's changed my life. That will be my go-to glamping experience from now on. Also, the camp kitchen was so handy to have!!"

"This apartment was a lovely size. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glassware crockery and kitchen tools. I was able to make full cooked breakfast and evening meal no issues. There is a nice dining table. Bathroom had a large shower. Previous guests mentioned the apartment was warm. When we visited we opened the velux windows and this created a lovely draft we were able to cool the apartment and the temperature was very comfortable. There is also a large floor fan this has a long cable and is very quiet and can be used in the living area and bedroom to achieve your required temperature. I particularly like a dark bedroom and I was very pleased to find that the blinds on the windows were very effective and the bedroom was completely dark. The apartment backs on to open countryside nice views and we found it quiet. It is a mile walk into Chipping Norton and there are pavements all the way so this is a safe shaded pleasant walk to many pubs restaurants and shops. A very pleasant three night stay."
