"Great location and generally clean, but some things to deal with. Mugs on tree were heavily stained Baking trays were unusable No freezer unit in fridge, caused real problems with keeping cool bag ice blocks for our dog food The stair rail was very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned for some time, we cleaned it before we could use it Minor but important issues for us"

"We had a wonderful stay at Upper Barn. It was perfect for our family of five. The location is excellent, with lovely pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket all close by. The hot tub was a real highlight and a big hit with everyone. Everything was thoughtfully prepared—the bedding and towels were provided in good quantity, and all essentials (such as toilet paper and dishwasher tablets) were well stocked and clearly organized. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay!"

"We stayed at Heythrop Park over the Easter weekend. The hotel is beautiful and big. Our room was in a perfect location near in the North wing and we were very close to their spa facilities. There was no information saying we had to check-in at a different location. This is what we were informed by reception at North wing. Never managed to figure that out!! First day we had breakfast at The Travelling Duke which was good as everything is served at the table apart from cereals. For the 2nd morning we wanted to go to The Market Kitchen restaurant but it was full. The lady at their front desk was very kind and accommodated our request and gave us a table. We enjoyed our stay"

"The cottage was well equipped and spacious enough for our small family. The garden with the bbq was nice and the fireplace as well. The location is very good. Just a short walk from the centre where there are some pubs, supermarket and shops. Parking was no problem for us, i could park a minute walk away from the cottage. Chipping Norton is good place if you want to explore the Cotswolds. But also want to visit Oxford and Blenheim palace as well."

"Great little cottage in Chipping Norton. Freddie’s place is exactly as pictured—clean, well organized, and in the perfect location. Freddie was very responsive and shared some great local recommendations as well. One of them was to get a sausage roll at the Cotswold Guy, which we hadn’t come across in our own research. My husband said it was the best sausage roll he’s ever had!"
