"I would really recommend this pub for your stay in Oxford.
The room I had was decent and the food i ate both in the evening (it has a predominant seafood menu with specials) and breakfast was excellent.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when they were busy. "
"the staff, food and cleanliness are what makes this property worth the stay.

"What a peaceful place to stay during our time in the Oxford area! We really enjoyed the countryside views and early morning visits from the deer and rabbits. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Please note that you will need to drive by car between the farm and Oxford city center. The location can be confusing for taxi drivers."
"Great staff, lovely breakfast. Easy flat walk to park & ride.
Unfortunately lots of road and building work right outside.
Highly recommend. Thankyou for a great stay"

"Love this quirky hotel in the middle of Woodstock. Lovely rooms, friendly staff and management. Breakfast is really great. There's a lot of history in the hotel. A good courtyard to chill. Plenty of parking. "
"Impromptu trip away. Booked last minute. Hotel perfect location for exploring Oxfordshire and Cotswolds. Room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Staff friendly and very helpful "
"Fabulous, form check in to leaving the staff were fabulous...attentive , friendly and welcoming. I called ealier to let them know I would be there at 8PM and still ok for late check in. When i arrived i was shown to my room and asked if i would eating with them tonight, after dumping my stuff i went to the bar where they had set a table for me in advance. super staff and very attentive...food was good. But what really stuck out was the service and care...and different team at breakfast but exactly the same service. The hotel/pub is great, some games outside and a lovely pub...would definitely stay her again. "
"An exceptional stay from start to finish. The whole team were so welcoming and friendly. I got a free upgrade on a Sunday night, so my room was lovely - really spacious, beauitfully decorated, comfy bed, great shower and every amenity you could need - coffee machine, kettle, DAB radio, good TV, iron and hairdryer and beautiful Bramley (cruelty free) toiletries, and some Cotswolds shortbread for a sweet snack! The fan in room was welcome as it's an older, character building with no air-con. There's a bit of noise from outside, but nothing that stopped me getting a good night's sleep and the secondary glazing helped. I had dinner and breakfast downstairs, a fantastic beef roast, and a veggie cooked breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious pastries. Great selection of drinks as you'd expect from a pub hotel, including a good selection of no-alcohol options. A two minute walk to Blenheim Palace as well, which was my main reason for staying. I would absolutely stay again for a relaxing and well-fed break! "
