"Property itself and the staff were excellent. Spotlessly clean, even had its own kitchen area, so more like a studio flat. Breakfast was great, and super friendly lady who manages the property and also cooks. The only very minor point that anyone could possibly mention was our bathroom floor had obviously at some time had a leak/flood and the was minor lifting of a couple of the edges of the laminate flooring, BUT nothing serious or to be concerned about. Would I stay here again if in the area, ABSOLUTELY. Great location and value for money."

"We stayed here a couple of years ago in the winter time and always said we would like to try it in the summer months. Really didn't disappoint at all. Good food, drinks and staff, plus clean well maintained rooms..excellent and i would certainly recommend anyone to stay just for the breakfast in the morning... we'll be back someday again.."

"The hut was very clean and comfortable and suited the four of us perfectly. We also appreciated the fact that there were only two other huts in the field and there was space between them. Despite arriving quite late our hostess met us and made sure everything was ok. The swimming pond is a wonderful bonus and we would definitely return. Thank you!"

"Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34. Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. Opposite the church so had a musical alarm call from the bells on a Sunday norning which was novel & as expected for village life. Nice pub in walking distance. Thanks for a great stay, definitely come back when next in the area."

"What a lovely cosy shepherd's hut in a quiet field with 2 other huts well spaced apart. I never heard any of the other guests. It was perfect as a little hideaway to relax after working in the area. Very clean."
