"The property was very good, but would have preferred a standard oven rather than an Aga as it took so long to heat up. Whilst we were staying we had to take deliveries of parcels on behalf of the owners as on two occasions delivery companies arrived. I don’t think this is acceptable when you are on holiday. It felt like an intrusion."

The pub is from another era, a wonderful era. The food is great. The other customers were friendly and interesting. Next time we are anywhere near the area, we’re going to be staying there."

"The hut was very clean and comfortable and suited the four of us perfectly. We also appreciated the fact that there were only two other huts in the field and there was space between them. Despite arriving quite late our hostess met us and made sure everything was ok. The swimming pond is a wonderful bonus and we would definitely return. Thank you!"
