"I would really recommend this pub for your stay in Oxford.
The room I had was decent and the food i ate both in the evening (it has a predominant seafood menu with specials) and breakfast was excellent.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when they were busy. "
"Very nice stay, clean & comfortable, good food, easy parking and close to all we wanted to see.
One very minor downfall was the noise from a dishwasher/kitchen below our room. Would happily stay again."
"Nice clean room.the reason for the average score is there is no breakfast and the food on a sunday stops at 6pm.we arrived just after six with no food available anywere near the property.Fair enough if they do this every sunday but tell the customers on the website before they book. on the monday evening food was available and was very nice. all in all a nice pub and hotel ."

Woodstock is beautiful, but sadly dominated by tourists and through traffic to Oxford. That is not reason to not visit, but be prepared for difficulty parking and a far busier Cotswold style village than you would hope. Always visit Blenheim Palace.

Woodstock is OK, didnt seem to have much to do except for cafes. Very little parking but fortunately once you have parked at Blenheim you can easily walk in to Woodstock.

A picturesque village with plenty of dining options less than 10 minutes drive from the Duke of Marlborough. Free parking in the public car park. Some nice little shops and good for antiques browsing.

A place we love to visit! Especially with our furry friends and family.
"Studio apartment was perfect for my family, we were able to make food suited to our timings. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the large terrace outside was a lovely bonus! "
"Impromptu trip away. Booked last minute. Hotel perfect location for exploring Oxfordshire and Cotswolds. Room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Staff friendly and very helpful "
"The Holiday Inn at Peartree has been my choice of hotel for the last 6 years of travelling to Oxford whilst my daughter was at University. This is the perfect location, with super friendly staff, lovely rooms and a great restaurant. Highly recommended. "
"It’s our second time staying at this property. It’s convenient, clean & overall a nice place to stay. As soon as you enter, it smells nice and fresh. The rooms are a good size, generally clean. You can’t hear any outside noise, or from other rooms. You can hear people walking through the corridor but that’s expected (it wasn’t bad at all). The staff were very polite and helpful.
There were only two things I felt could be better - providing dressing gown and/or slippers and the windows in our room were all frosted except one diagonal one. I understand it’s better for privacy but it would be nice to look out the window especially if they don’t open. These things aren’t a deal breaker I would recommend and will return :)"
"I asked for a small room and that is what it was. It would be great for an Oxford student visiting or a seasoned traveler more concerned with the schedule and not the room. Great room for the price, clean and easy. They have bigger rooms and I have not seen them. I was pleased with what I got."
