"My new favorite place to stay when in the area. Room was fine and breakfast was much better than usual. The employees seemed happy and could be heard laughing and chatting, that’s always a sign of good management The only downside is the high crime rate in the region, which isn’t a reflection on the motel, but I didn’t have any problems during my stay Look no further, you can’t do much better especially at this price "

"Excellent hotel, the customer service from the front staff and the kitchen person was outstanding, the room was very clean and everything work. The morning free breakfast has a to-go option with handle bags which was very helpful. Overall I highly recommend this property. THANK YOU!"

"I would highly recommend Blue Lakes! Every staff member I met was friendly, very helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. The room was beautiful- new renovations great shower with shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hair dryer etc. More than I needed for my quick one night stay. People seemed to be enjoying the pool, but I didn’t have time to jump in! I will definitely stay there again. They also have EV charging close by- a big plus!"
