"Great, private location. As advertised. Enjoyed the fireplace but didn’t have time for outdoor fire. Well-appointed - incl. puzzles and games - and clean in all the places that mattered. The one twin bed (far side of room) could use a new mattress so it can be more comfortably used by adults. Or better yet, replace it with a double bed so all 3 couples can be comfortable. Appreciated all the provided info on hikes. Should’ve stayed longer so we could’ve explored them. Thanks!"

"We had a great time. The house was spacious and comfortable and accommodated our group of 11 very comfortably. It was not fancy or super luxurious but it felt like home and they even had a lighted Christmas tree set up for our Christmas vacation. There was plenty of room in the dining room that allowed our large group to have wonderful meals together. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to make meals for large groups. There is. Grocery store nearby and access to anything you may need. We enjoyed hiking, fishing and disc golfing. The town of Black Mountain was adorable and offered great food, and fun shops. The views from the house were amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the peaceful sight! Thanks for a great family vacation! "
