"The room was very clean, all amenities were present and working, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the coffee was good. Not sure they could’ve done anything better. excellent hotel."

"Beautiful house with awesome views of the gulf and the bay from all rooms. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Location is very relaxing. I can't wait to go back."

"The desk clerk barely acknowledged my arrival. I told him I had a reservation. He said not sure a room was ready & it’s not 3:00. It was 2:58 🤔 He did the same thing when I stayed there 2 weeks ago. I will stay at Hioliday Inns in the future but I will not stay there again. "

"Room was clean, staff were helpful, no local restaurant it was a little walk away, i did find a towel that wasn't 100% clean."

"The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Rooms all smell like mildew. The tile was falling off. Can see where mold is growing behind shower walls. Looks like they tried to reduce electric bill by shutting off air conditioning and in Florida, mold and mildew took over. We have stayed here multiple times and the property Has gone down hill this last year. "

"A clean and well equipped home. Great waterfront view. We were greeted by lady host, we were told owner was right next door, feel free to stop by with questions, or issues. When Wifi didn't connect, I walked over to get suggestions on getting a connection, and was chewed out for disturbing him???? "
