"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"

"Lovely hotel, very clean room, helpful staff, parking was tricky, is in small building to right of entrance, take out all luggage, attendant will direct you to drive car into lift space, give you a ticket and you take that to reception when checking in. Matsumoto was a great quiet town up in mountain area, the castle is only 5 min walk away and plentiful restaurants in area to choose from."

"I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."
