The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would have appreciated more instructions on how each access point was entered. There is an app to allow access. Sometimes you scan a QR code- which was not obvious the first time I used the door- sometimes you hit the picture of the door on the app. It was anxiety provoking to have access only through your phone. Convenient, but makes you extra anxious about not forgetting your phone. Also wish the kitchen had a bit more supplies. A couple of larger mixing bowls and a sharp knife would have been helpful. Also, I was given only one bath towel. Overall, not a bad experience, just very minimalist.
