"This property was ideal for us, exactly as described and felt like a home from home.Fishing off the rear deck was really good, plenty of roach with the odd bream and pike.The village is only a 5 minute walk away.I'd recommend the sunset cruise on the paddle steamer that docks next to the Swan Inn pub.We liked it so much we booked again for next year while we were still there."

"Very lovely property situated a short walk from the nearby river.However, it does need a little bit more tlc in terms of cleanliness and the refreshment of decor. Also, we would have liked more towels and toilet rolls to be provided ! Apart from that we had the most wonderful stay thank you"

"Morea Villa is in an absolute prime position, but so quiet and peaceful, really relaxing.You can watch the boats going by as you sit in the garden and Horning is such an idyllic village just a short walk from the villa.The villa is spacious with a lovely conservatory, there were 8 of us, but we weren’t on top of each other and the hot tub is an added bonus, the kids made great use of it.I will say the villa is looking a bit tired and could do with a spruce up, but it had everything you could possibly want.Communication with the agents was outstanding, thank you Stef and Nikki, I would highly recommend this villa, we loved it."

"Could not have asked for more. Cabin is well equipped and feels homey, without being claustrophobic. Good shower, and mini kitchen equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, plus a barbecue outside. Felt private and peaceful. Looking out onto the fields was very relaxing, and meeting the animals was a wonderful experience! Great list of recommendations, hosts very friendly and attentive without being ‘in your face’. Easy parking, loads to explore nearby!"

"We had such a wonderful week staying in the Venetian. It is so close to local pubs and restaurants but also has everything you need to make your own meals in a home away from home. We would certainly want to book here if we plan to visit the area again."

"A genuinely lovely place and beautifully clean and looked after van. The only thing that let it down was the mattresses. I didn’t sleep well at all and neither did my partner. The beds are very cheap sprung mattresses and caused me a lot of pain. However the rest of the cottage was beautiful as was the gardens and the hosts."
