"Quick check in, warm cookie on arrival. Room clean and specious. Nice and modern. Bathroom clean however shower gel was empty but reception responded to my request to refill. Did not go to gym. Good location although how do Hull not have Uber?! Overall, would stay again. "

"Nice property close to Asda food store and some other shopping. Surrounding area to the west is run down but it’s still a good base for visits to Hull. And water is extremely hot (a luxury in the UK). "

"Much preferred staying here to my usual place I stay while working here. A little more money than the usual place but I was a lot more happy staying here. Staff were all helpful and friendly, especially breakfast staff. Room was spotless clean, functional and cosy with everything I needed. Views over the city from corner windows in corridors is a nice design feature. Location is very good. Breakfast had hot and cold options with gluten-free and vegan options too, need to ask for some of these but that's fine with me. Did not use adjoining carpark. Only criticism I have is the entrance to the lifts and reception at ground level which is really unwelcoming. Serves the purpose but not inviting. Would stay again, in fact I am going to stay there again every time I work in the city. "

"Excellent stay at an amazing venue. From start to finish the hospitality was great. Parked the car on arrival and walked everywhere. Food was first class on our first night. Second night missed timings but given the options of having a taxi or takeaway, utensils etc brought and cleared away, nothing too much trouble. Great location for marina and town. Great atmosphere especially the entertainment on Saturday afternoon. Will definitely go back again, home from home. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable."
