"I got the impression that this property was only very recently set up for guests. The benefit is that everything is brand new and clean. However, there were a few teething issues which were resolved satisfactorily, and the property manager was in constant communication throughout. There is adequate parking too. I would use again next time I'm in the area. "

"The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. The bedding and towels were lovely and soft and smelt nice and the bed was very comfy. It was close to Hornsea and a large Tesco. I would...

"The listing just gave site information with little detail of the caravan. There was no information in the caravan at all to help with gaining hot water, heating wifi etc. The fridge had over 2 cms of ice on the freezer box which made the fridge inefficient to say the least. The caravan was very tired with many sharp edges where the covering was coming off of cupboards. I couldn’t use the wifi, the kitchen plug didn’t fit and there was no bowl. The one small saucepan was rounded on the bottom...

"Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 "

I didn't receive a message from hotel to let me know code to get in but luckily a woman walking by gave me the phone no, i spoke to a very helpful gentleman and he sent me all the details I needed for our stay! We got to our room, we were pleased it was clean, warm, comfy bed, kettle and coffee/tea supplied! Lovely big shower but the smallest sink, you could only fill kettle up using a mug. "Cannot fault this hotel, the staff were incredible and when I realised late night before I had inadvertently booked the wrong date, as they had availability, promptly replied kindly allowing us to stay on our intended date. As free parking included in our room rate, we were able to park on street directly opposite hotel. We had an amazing suite room, comfiest bed ever, the food in restaurant on evening was first class and good value. The decor and ambience of this hotel were very welcoming creating an eloquent and homely feel. We attended theatre opposite on the evening. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again. There are a number of steps to the front of hotel which may be difficult for persons with mobility issues but didn’t enquire if there is an alternative access."
