"Fantastic location and so spacious! We travelled with our toddler, and stayed in the premium 2 bedroom suite. It was huge! The bedrooms were massive with loads of clothing storage, great big living room with wood fire, big tv, and kitchenette. We asked for a microwave which was no problems! The furniture is a little dated and rough around the edges, but that is reflected in the pricing. The location is perfect for travel throughout the valley, and we loved being able to walk over for lunch or dinner. We were staying for a wedding and it was so easy to get to and from the venue. The gardens are gorgeous, hats off to the team who maintain them. The pool looked amazing but we didn't use it."

Have stayed there a few times over the last few years. Try to book one of the field view rooms, its quieter away from the road and you'll enjoy the outlook."

"Beautiful, very well equipped and amazing location. We had a lovely stay. Not detracting from a brilliant time, aCouple of bits of info;Sleeps 10 but we booked for 2 people staying, so most rooms including one of the bathrooms/toilets locked up which worked ok for us, but could be difficult if any flexibility required, so might be best to book for more if you’re not sure.Horses on the property with multiple people attending to care for them daily - our dogs were ok with the horses and the lovely people - we keep them closely supervised (and we discovered their absolute love and gentleness around horses, amazing) - if your dogs are unpredictable it does mean having to keep an eye out in both mornings and evenings for people in the garden.My fault entirely - I somehow missed ticking a box on the booking form about pets coming which seemed to be an issue so be sure to check that."

Just be mindful that they do introduce a "Strict No Party Policy" in the terms and conditions after booking, despite the Stayz listing saying this is allowed. Presence of external cameras also not disclosed in listing, but introduced in the terms and conditions. Would not have booked knowing this, but great venue otherwise."
