Comfortable Stay

It was a comfortable bed and the esthetic was nice. Only thing is I wish i didnt have to pay $20 for just 10hrs.

Nice Apartment Close to Huntsville Aquatic Center.

This apartment has a location within a mile of the Huntsville Aquatic Center. A very nice shopping center, a Walmart, and other shopping are within three miles of this apartment. Traffic in area is busy, but not extreme. This is a very basic studio apartment with stove and full sized refrigerator. It is clean and parking is adjacent. On the negative side: driveway into apartment complex is hard to see; walls are thin and neighbors are easily heard; inside layout is a little irregular. Not suitable of a family, but one or two people can be accommodated (only one king bed) if looking for a very basic place to stay.

Everything we needed

The property location was perfect for the reason for our trip. Studio itself was clean and had a great setup. Wifi speed was excellent. The bed was big enough and comfortable, especially for me having a bad back. Only a couple of cons but not enough to make me not recommend or come back. First one is the couch is not comfortable or very big and second there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom, so I had to dry my hair elsewhere. The desk beside the couch was a perfect place to do my makeup and hair. When we first arrived the place was nice and cool, which was very refreshing. Also having a closet with shelves and hangers was a huge plus. Overall, we had a comfortable wonderful stay. Would recommend and will try to stay here the next time we need to come back to town, if it's available!

Worst stay in my life

1. TV did not work. Signed into Wi-Fi which loaded successfully. Then message said that the bill had not been paid and that was the reason there was no TV. Discussed, sent screen shots and was told a bunch of lies. After 3 days they told me the owner was switching to a new provider and that is why we had no service. TV did not work Nov 4-9. 2. Gnats in unit No one came to get rid of them for our entire stay 3. Electric fuse box on wall in kitchen area open most the time. Tape that was trying to hold it closed did not work. Very dangerous, sure thats not to code. 4. No hair dryer, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, or trash bags,. 5. Sold reserved parking that did not exist for $22 for stay. 6. Initial entry was very difficult. Took about 30 minutes to gain access to the unit. At one point was given code to a key lock box. Opened box and there was no key in it. Lady next door also had trouble gaining entry to her unit. 7.There was no courtyard to sit in as advertised. 8. No sign near street to aid in finding property. 9. Outside railing is rotting 10. Parking lot is full of holes 11. Inside finish work on walls, baseboards, door frames was bad. Unsanded and unpainted patch spots on walls. Door frames had bad installation and really bad paint, baseborads bad paint. 12, was given a $75 rebate, 10% of cost of room and $22 for parking. 13. Was continually lied to when i tried to get anything resolved. They offered for 2 days to send a technician to look at TV. Was no show
