"The bed smelled ugly, not certain if the mattress, pillows, or blankets are ever sanitized. I could not sleep comfortably with the strong odor of BO that lingered in the bed. My husband & I even looked for clean sheets or blankets to put on top & we did not find any. I won't be staying there again. "

"My only quibble would be that with no housekeeping planned for my stay, a toilet brush and cleaner would be a good idea. Also, there were no pans despite the provision of the hob. Otherwise, it was great. A good location and friendly, helpful staff."

"Rooms smell of humidity, carpet and mirrors super dirty. Walls of bathroom not uniformly painted. Was told the night before that I could leave my bag in the store room for a couple of hours but on the checkout the other porter told me no, there was no space for my back pack! So I had to leave with my bag around Austin! "
