We stayed here twice as it was perfectly located for the ferry to Formentera. Whilst the hotel itself is a bit dated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Ibiza town is walkable and there are lots of decent restaurants close by. The roof top pool is the gem of the hotel. It’s quite small but a great place to spend a few hours relaxing and taking in the ibizan sunshine.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel hotel right in Ibiza Town! It’s a short distance to the beach, tons of restaurants, shopping, and historical sites! The hotel staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay here again!

Nice hotel will return when in Ibiza
Nice hotel in a good location in Ibiza town. Disappointed there was no iron for my shirt in the night. Also did they really need to ring me to remind me check out is in 1 hour.

Oct 24- building works opposite hotel start from 8am daily all day and are very noisy. The hotel is situated next to loud bars which have shouting in streets every night,all night night, one being a strip bar. The beds are very hard. I’ve never stayed in such an uncomfortable noisy hotel. The staff are decent, however a problem with bathroom tap was not addressed when reported. No coffee/ tea facilities, pool looked dirty so didn’t use. The 2 stars awarded are for housekeeping which was every day and to good standard. Council tax is to be paid on 4 star property and not made clear by Expedia. Would I stay again? NEVER

Great hotel!
Great hotel near all the action, but a few blocks away to keep the area nice and quiet. Martha checked us in and was very helpful throughout our stay. She was kind and professional. The rooftop pool is great. Love that they had a gym. Overall, this is a great hotel. Great staff all around. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here 3 summers in a row. The property is in Ibiza town and close to all the restaurants. At the same time it has parking for your car, so you can drive out to the beaches in Ibiza and are not locked into one location. The rooms are very large with a nice balcony and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

This is a good hotel to visit Ibiza town as its close to center of the town, but relatively quiet for a busy port. The hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. The room was great as it was well sized and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to this resort.

A very decent option in old town. Everything is walkable, the food in the restaurant is good quality, the maid service and rooftop lounge/pool area are good quality. If you are looking for a solid hotel that’s beyond just a room, but not the elaborate full beeps and whistles type, this is a fantastic option. Would recommend.

Rude staff
Came from New York and stayed for 3 nights. Great location for walking around Old Town but I would not reccomend or stay here again. Staff was extremely rude to us. They hit me with an other charge when I checked in that didn’t make sense. I felt as if they were taking advantage of us being Americans. The rooms were in bad condition and the beds were awful. With how rudely and snobby the staff acted you’d think it was the Ritz Carlton. Do yourself the favor and stay somewhere else.

Extremely nice hotel, they were very accommodating with an early check-in, helped up with our belongings, and did not hesitate to ask if there was anything else we needed. Great part of town, close to the waterfront and great people-watching area!

Great location and very clean. Shame the gym isn't open earlier (opens at 10am). Pool was not in use at the time of stay. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. This hotel has lost its charm from when I stayed here previously. Also please bring back the club sandwich, limited room service menu this time.

All the staff at the hotel are very helpful. It is in a quiet part of the town, within a 5 minute walking distance to the main shops and restaurants.

The morning staff was good. The night staff for 29th of December was horrible. The guy in the reception barged into my room at 21:00 asking if I brought 2 other people into my room and was asking me to pay up for extra two people. I said I was on my own. That staff really needs some racial discrimination training as he was accusing me for something I haven’t done. That’s not a way a staff treats a paying customer

Needed a short notice extra night because of a missed flight. Late night check-in. There was an issue with the aircon on the room. After checking that I was not doing something wrong. Staff quickly changed me to another room without any issue.

Staff were very friendly and helpful The décor is a little dated but the condition of the Hotel was good. The cleanliness was good. Personal problems caused my stay to be difficult and the staff were compassionate and kind. I would stay there again.
