"Although this hotel may at first appear dated it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel provides value for money in a great location. Our stay at the Boundary Hotel was greatly enhanced by Andrew who went above and beyond at every stage to look after us."

"The venue is looking very tired and needs remedial work shelf hanging off, toilet holders removed as broken, TV difficult to use limited channels non terrestrial basic channels, milk sugar no coffee. Bed uncomfortable and seen better days and front Flat door difficult to lock "

"The staff were welcoming helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and well presented with everything we needed and the breakfast was freshly prepared, good quality, well presented and delicious. A lovely place to stay."

"I have stayed here a few times for work and Nicky always goes out of her way and nothing seems too much trouble, I am not a huge breakfast lover but have to say the breakfast was cooked to perfection and plenty of choice, surroundings of the guest house and views are amazing, thanks Nicky and Darren and I shall be staying while im here for work whenever there is availabilty"

"Dales gate is in a great location for public transport and had very clean and comfortable rooms, the full English in the morning was excellent "

"I stayed at a suite and the room was very nice . Food is also very good both either breakfast or evening meal. I would stay again definitely and highly recommend staying. "
