"Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!"

"This hotel was a last minute choice due to a flight change and picked because of the reviews by previous guests that were very positive. It was also very reasonably priced. First impressions with the entry way and lobby were a little underwhelming. But, the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Our rooms were very nice, spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathrooms pleasantly updated. The location was great, lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby and there were picturesque areas that we spent time walking around and just enjoying on our last day in Rome. There was also a fantastic Thai Spa & Massage place just across the road, great staff and highly recommended as the perfect way to unwind after a hectic few days of tours and sightseeing. "

"Staff were top notch from the reception to the breakfast staff. Particular mention Shane and Alyssa. The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself. Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities."
