Absolutely enjoyed my two night stay here. Would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to move to the next part of our trip. The staff is so kind and the amenities are very nice. The rooftop has amazing views. The rooms are modern, yet cozy. We will return!

From arrival the staff provided a friendly professional experience. The location was superb, central to everything iconic must sees. The view from the hotel was great to wake up to, the breakfast was great. The breakfast staff provided an amazing service. They made our stay the best ever with their attention to detail and their overall friendly aura. Would highly recommend this hotel. If returning I would definitely stay here again.

First time visit to Rome and I was so happy I picked this hotel. Me and my wife loved it. The service was above and beyond and I loved the location. The room was super clean and believe me I am a weirdo when it comes to rooms and I had no complaints. I am actually booking another stay with them this summer.

Property was better than I expected. We were greeted with a warm welcome. They made the check-in process very personalized and comfortable. Our room was in exceptional condition and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is exceptional and walking distance to so much. Also the restaurant on their rooftop was exceptional. We have the 4 course chefs choice course and enjoyed some of the best food. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking everywhere. Staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly and professional. The Front desk manager Darya Bondar was an absolute gem when we had an issue with our flights- a true professional in every way, a real asset to the hotel. We had an issue with the rooftop bar too- not in her direct control but she went the extra mile to deal with our concerns.

"Our stay at the NH Collection in Rome was excellent overall. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient—within walking distance to shopping centers, the Colosseum, and numerous museums. It made exploring the city so much easier. The only downside was the room temperature, which was a bit warmer than we would have liked. However, everything else was perfect. The accessibility and comfort made our trip memorable. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and overall experience.

The experience here from the moment you arrive to the second you leave is nothing but perfect. Everyone is so nice and accomodating they effortlessly go anove and beyond to make you feel special and important. Excellent location in front of the Roman Forum. Dont worry about noise because I slept like a baby. Comfy beds. The pillows are omg so good. The rooms are beautiful. The roof top bar and restaurant, Oro Bistro, is amazing. Make reservations!! Definitely will be my go to hotel in Rome.

Location is excellent, rooftop bar is beautiful, service on the rooftop and in the breakfast restaurant is excellent. Small rooms and uncomfortable mattress let the hotel down (a double bed where every movement was felt by both people - like sleeping on jelly), with no attempt to fix it from staff, who didn't engage with the issue. Recommend visit for the rooftop bar but wouldnt recommend to stay. Too expensive for what it offers

All the hotel staff are very warm and welcoming. The hotel reception, Francesca spent a good amount of time helping us orientate the hotel vicinities and recommending places to go. She even messaged us once our room is ready ahead of check-in time. The hotel very walkable to most of the places of interest around the city. Small issue though is the lack of good dining options close by. I’d say they are around 10-15 mins stroll away. Unfortunately our room’s shower was also not as strong as we like and the tub’s drainage seems to be choked as water takes a while to drain off.

Todo el día se escucha mala musica alta y termina a la 1am. El desayuno muy malo, la leche estaba caducada porque sabía horrible, la tuve que escupir de regreso al vaso y dos días pasó ésto por lo que ya no desayunamos los 4 dias restantes. Dos noches a la hora que cierran el top roof (1 am) alarma falsa contra incendios. El ascensor muy pequeño y tarda mucho. Personas afuera del hotel vendiendo a cada persona que pasaba lo que me hacía sentir insegura.

The hotel hotel has a great location, however there a quite a lot scammers in the area because of the proximity to the tourist areas. The hotel is small, the rooms small, but well maintained. I think the hotel is expensive for what it offers.
