Absolutely wonderful rooms and service. Breakfast was fantastic. We needed to change one of the 4 rooms we booked and the manager on duty helped make that happen. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated the change. If you can stay at Block do so without any reservations.

Very nice hotel. Standard rooms are not too big, but they have also a smaller price. The Breakfast buffet is superb, 5-Star.

I got there place is gated my phone couldn’t make the calls since there was no service. I tried getting someone who works no chance. After I drown away I got an email saying there is a code and the numbers in German. Hier dazu das KeyBoy Verfahren: • Bitte fahren Sie in die Ziegeleistraße 64. • Geben Sie den Vierstelligen Code: 2-2-2-2 in den Schlüsselkasten rechts neben dem Briefkasten ein. • Ein blauer Chip fällt nach unten durch. Bitte entnehmen Sie diesen und drehen Sie sich nach rechts zur Eingangstür.

Modern - Nice - Boutique style
Nice Place - friendly staff. One charging station for your EV in the garage. Modern but with a twist. I’ll go back next time I am in Ingolstadt. Great breakfast buffet. When the weather is nice try the patio .... small but well made

My wife went looking for the gym to use the treadmill. The gym is gone, it has been replaced with chairs. Not a big deal but my wife was let down a bit.

....yes;o) "the gym is gone!" Now we have a double sized GYM downstairs! Everything is new and big and all very nice with AIRCON!!! Also the new gym has 24/7 opened! Everything is fine... just come and let's go to the GYM!

Great hotel, close to Ingolstadt Nord station
We were headed to Munich for Oktoberfest and stayed here for a night on our way to Munich. The hotel was clean, upscale, and had a great breakfast!! It was very close to the Ingolstadt Nord train station so it worked well for us. If you are wanting somewhere closer to the main area of town, this might not be the best spot. It was a 15+ Euro cab ride to downtown.

Nicely appointed hotel but won’t stay there again.
We stayed here for one night when I was on a once in a lifetime trip to Germany with my elderly mother and two youngest daughters. I had decided that by this time in our trip we would probably be tired of ‘okay’ hotels and it would be nice to splurge and be pampered a bit. I left there very disappointed. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable but our whole stay was over-shadowed by the morning we left. I was excited because breakfast was included (and so it should be at the astronomical price of the room) but when we went down (45 minutes before breakfast closed) there were a number of hotel staff filling the continental breakfast room. They all looked at us like ‘what are you doing here?’ and continued with filling their plates. There was very literally almost nothing left. One croissant, the hard end of a loaf of bread, no milk for cereal, etc. I have never been so disgusted by a service team. The boss was there to have a meeting with her staff and they all sat a few rows behind us in the dining area while we ate dry cereal. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as I don’t believe it matters how nice a hotel is. If you cannot get the service right then you have nothing. That was a huge waste of money.

We are very sorry to hear that you where unhappy in our hotel. I can remember the situation very clearly! You have taken the breakfast at 10:30h a.m. It's correct that we had a hotel-meeting with 12 persons, seperately in the back from the restaurant. If you felt that "24 eyes looked at you", thats because we want you - such like all of our guests- to feel well and like at home! if you had the feeling, like you told us "what are you doing here" - this is really a BIG missunderstanding, from you personally and definately not fair for my Hotel-Team. Because I have recognized the situation and every one of us was, right up there, just like: "jumping of the seat" to get you in the best breakfast-feeling. There have been three persons (one for each of you!!) from the service-team, who personally ask for your wishes. Everyone was helpful and looked at your well being. We were both on the same stage and we both experienced the situation in a completely different way. So - in the end, I apologize for it when I have to say: I don't think the hotel or either we were the problem!

Super Atmosphere - Boutique Hotel
LOVED everything about this cozy hotel. We were made welcome from the start, enjoyed excellent cocktails and conversation at the bar while pizza was prepared. Breakfast is outstanding!!

Dear "Anton", Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. And thanks for the kind words for our good location and our closeness to The Ingolstadt Village Outlet. Which is only 3 km away from the hotel, the same like the historic city center and also the Audi museum mobile. There is a great jogging route out into the countryside, which runs beside meadows and fields and starts just behind the hotel. Get out and see Ingolstadt on one of our hotel bikes or cycle along part of the popular Danube cycle path. After the construction in winter 2017 we'll completly re-open the new southwing and the completly new Hotel, named BLOCK Hotel & Living! Hope to see you again, very soon. The hotel is under construction. I got a email just the day off telling me that fact. Parking is not to easy since this is in a residential area. The regular parking lot was closed and I didn't see a sign showing me where to park. Maybe I missed it since it was dark. I noticed in the morning after coming out of the shower that the bath towel had a large dark red spot. I used the hand towel instead. I mentioned it at checkout (same day). I was told that it won't happen again next time I will stay there.

This Hotel is nicely furnished with a cozy bar.The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the employees very friendly and accommodating.Every morning I was greeted by name and asked if everything was alright or if I needed something. The hotel is conveniently located close to the 'Autobahn' to Munich and Nurember as well as to the city center.

Functional, clean and tidy but a tad pricey
2 nights spent. Pleasant reception. Room ok size-wise. Good internet connection, nice breakfast. No restaurant but they did offer evening snacks if required. Never made it to the gym as it wasn't open in the morning (I could have requested this though!). Overall, fine for a business stopover but I felt it was a little expensive for the standard offered.

Gem in ingolstadt

lovely big beds and friendly service
everything in the room was spotless a credit to the staff. the single room i had was big and the bed was very comfy. i will deffo be using this hotel. only down side is it is in a bit of a industrial area. but if you don't mind 5 minute walk and you are in parkland

Boutique hotel by the Autobahn
The breakfast is Continental Bavarian. Positive: Bicycles can be locked away, parking, and internet are FOC. Negative: No air conditioning, nor fly screens. If you want to have fresh air at night, you need to keep a window open. So you get also insects, and the traffic noise from the Autobahn into your room.

Beautifully maintained hotel
The hotel was beautiful...great room, delicious breakfast. It is obviously a "businessman's hotel" but we just needed one night before going to the airport. No air conditioning so our room was stifling when we arrived...but hotel staff got us a fan and were very accommodating.

Very accomodating
I was running late, about 11:00 PM and received a courtesey call asking f I was still coming as the front desk closed at midnight. They were going to wait on my arrival. Once there I decided to catch up on email in the lobby and was quite unexpectedly give a warm cup of Glühwein (it was December) which made a long day considerably better. I enjoyed the hospitality.
