They went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother who needed a walk in shower (I had inadvertently booked rooms with bath tubs) thank you so much for your lovely attitudes and making us feel like royalty. Rooms and facilities were immaculate and I'm very impressed"

"Was a wonderful stay post overseas trip. Got in super early and hotel was kind enough to store bags while we waited for check in to roll around. Staff at front desk were very accommodating to us.
