"The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because of the noise from the elevators. To their credit, we were immediately moved and upgraded to a suite away from the constant noise of the elevators. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind when booking. We cannot say more about the staff and the location of the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid."

"The hotel had a chic, stylish vibe and everything felt high quality and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. At one point we needed assistance adjusting something, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. The location is also fantastic — close to everything, yet the hotel remains quiet inside."

"Great location, easy access to the metro and Atocha station. Walking distances to lots of great bars restaurants and the main attractions etc. Good breakfast choice and the filtered water refills on each floor are welcome amenity Room was clean and spacious but was a little dusty in places, and the windows could have done with a clean. Only small points for feedback but a great stay overall"
