"The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night...

"Lack of staffed reception wastes a lot of time."

"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking. "
