"Our second stay and we love the place and will definitely be staying again! A perfect location for visiting Lincoln. Quirky old style character room. The breakfast is delicious. The best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! There were even some umbrellas to borrow as it was raining. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This place is awesome!!"

"A comfortable stay with very friendly hosts & the decor of the house is of a high standard. The Victorian room is a very nice room but a little traffic noise from the main road can be heard. A very comfortable bed. There is however, no bath & the absence of a hot, cooked breakfast option is notable. I would therefore grade the property 4 out of 5."

"I liked the edge of town centre location, everything was walkable, the staff were very helpful and friendly The parking was good, but expensive at £11.25 per 24 hours I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses's and the one thing that let this one down was the breakfast, when compared to elsewhere, the breakfast buffet itself was in a very cramped alcove and the selection wasn't that great."
