Loews Arlington
10/10 Excellent
"Definitely an upscale place! Excellent location for watching the Rangers & every space was beautifully design and decorated. The entire staff was amazing, super friendly & happy to help. The pool was very popular on Saturday, but still had a good vibe. The food by the pool was fantastic, but the pool restaurant could use a better system for delivering orders. People would order food at the bar, then go back to their lounge chairs or the pool and the servers had no idea where to bring the food. Many guests we talked to never got their order & had to re-order. Having a better system in place for food orders would limit frustration from guests and benefit the bartenders as well. On a hot, busy day, the lines for drinks quickly backed up when the bartenders are having to take extra time to figure out where food orders go. "
"I have a thing for customer service because it really makes a huge difference in travel. I was greeted and smiled at often. Grateful for people like Janice at the front desk. The place over all was clean, just wished our trashes were cleared out more often. Im sure I could have voiced it and it would've been taken care of. The breakfast first few days had boiled eggs then it didnt, but IHOP a fee feet away has a hotel discount, which was a plus. Beds were comfy! "
Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Arlington Entertainment District
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean !!! I was unsure due to the area because it is very heavy traffic due to the entertainment around there, but the rooms were perfect, clean very presentable. I would definitely recommend. "
"Lots of space for our party of 13. The teenagers enjoyed the pool and the video games. We did cook while we were and the kitchen had enough utensils/supplies to allow for that. The location of the property was great if you need to get around Texas. We traveled to Fort Worth, Dallas and Arlington in a good amount of time. The host was very responsive with any and all of our questions. Highly recommend this house and host!"
