This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty. I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly.
